Origin/meaning
The first quarter shows the arms of Champagne region in which the municipality is situated. The second indicates that the Order of Saint Lazarus owned the former leper colony of Brusson.
The third symbolises the Marne-Rhine canal which crosses the territory of the municipality. The fourth is canting for the name of the commune (brusson would mean "undergrowth").
The wavy division line symbolizes the Bruxenelle river in the municipality.
