В зелёном поле золотой андреевский крест с выгнутыми в обе стороны концами, посередине которого, в квадратном просечении в цвет поля – серебряный камень; всё сопровождено четырьмя (по одной в каждом углу креста) положенными черенками к середине щита дубовыми ветвями без листьев, с тремя желудями веерообразно каждая.
