Official blazon
French D'argent au chêne coupé au naturel fruité d'or; au chef d'azur chargé de trois gerbes de blé d'or; le tout enfermé dans une bordure de gueules chargée d'une chaîne d'or.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in March 2023.

The arms represent the two former municipalities; the chain in the bordure refers to St. Denis (and thus to Saint-Denis-de-Cernelles), the oak tree refers to the Germanic word Wald (forest) from which Gault is derived. The blue chief with the wheat sheaves refers to the Beauce region.
