History: Formed at Catterick January 1941.

A tawny owl's head couped proper.
Motto Vždy připraven
Origin/meaning
The Owl allude to the nocturnal activities of the Squadron. The Motto translates as "Always ready". Many of the original members of the Sqn was Czech., hence the Motto in Czech. The Badge was approved in March 1944.
