Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 3, 1998.
The grapes and the plough refer to the agricultural character and the importance of viticulture for the parish. the plough also stands for the local patron saint, St. Isidore of Seville, patron saint of peasants and agriculture. The cross is the symbol of the Order of Santiago, which played a major role in the local history.
