The upper part is blue with a silver Seahorse and the lower part is red with a Tower and two Cross staffs all gold. The Seahorse is from the Arms of Manila and the Philippines . It also symbolises the Island of Caballo, on which Fort Hughes is located. The Tower symbolises the Island of Corregidor of which Fort Mills is located. The Crosses symbolises the monk (El Fraile, Fort Drum) and the nun (La Monja) of Legend. The Crest is a carabao's head in natural colours, symbolising Fort Frank on Carabao Island.
