The lightning bolt symbolises the Signal element and the embattled wall en Engineer element and the hexagon the chemical reconnaissance provide to the Brigade. The colours of the brodure indicated the ability to deploy either by air, land or sea. The Crest*s olive Crwon symbolises praticipation in World War II and the crossed scimitars symbolises campaing credits for Southwest Asia and Iraq. The Ribbon symbolises the Valorous UNit decoration awarded to the Battalion. The Coat of Arms was approved 7 September 2007.
