+Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a vertical rectangle, arched convexly at top and bottom divided diagonally from upper right to lower left orange over brown and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, three 1/8 inch (.32 cm) diagonal bands from upper right to lower left, brown over orange over white.  Overall a black shield edged with a narrow white border charged with an orange demi-tiger affronté detailed black, armed and eyed white, its sinister paw extending beyond the shield to lower right.  Above the shield a brown arched scroll inscribed “GRISSOM”.
