Marcus Agrippa defeated Marc anthony at the Sea Battle off Actium in 31 BC. The Italian National Colours Read, White and Green allude to the fact that The Name was given to the Royal Navy Contingent at NATO HQ at Naples. The Latin motto transaltes as "With oars anad sails". The Badge was approved in 1997.
