Über grünem Schildfuß, darin ein goldenes Mühlrad mit paarweiser Speichung, in Gold ein schwarzer Lastkahn mit silbernem Segel, dessen unter der Wasserlinie liegender Teil im Schildfuß verschwindet. Im linken Obereck ein aufrechtes grünes Buchenblatt.
