History: Formed at Bicester in September 1918.

In front of a mullet gules a dagger argent erect.
Motto: Non solum nobis

Origin/meaning

The Red Star symbolises Service in the Soviet Union September-November 1941. The Dagger allude to service with the 1st Army in North Africa in 1943. The Motto transaltes as ”Not for us alone”. The Badge was approved in January 1944.
