Description: A silver color metal and enamel device, 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in height consisting of a silver octagon bearing a maroon cross surmounted by a black escutcheon charged with a gold rampant lion, all enclosed at bottom by a black scroll inscribed "LIFE BLOOD" in silver.
