Origin/meaning

The Rapier and laurel wreath indicates Officer training. The Year 1792 is the founding of the War School predecessor to the Military Academy Karlberg. Which makes the Academy one of the oldest Officer Schools in the World. The Motto translates as "Perseverance - Certain of Victory"
