Yellow and Greeen are the colours of Military Police. The Bend sinister symbolizes security. The Fleur-de-lis symbolizes the Battalion's campaign credit during World War I and II. Their blue colour indicates the unit's past affiliation in the infantry branch. The Pistol illustrates the mission of the Military Police. The Distinctive Unit Insignia and the Coat of Arms was both approved 7 May 2009.
