Discontinued, and inactivated on 11 Feb 1963. Redesignated as 349 USAF Clinic (Associate) on 18 Oct 1982. Activated on 1 Dec 1982. Redesignated as: 349 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 349 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000.
