History: Constituted as 375 Air Base Squadron on 20 Jun 1942. Activated on 1 Jul 1942. Redesignated as 375 Base Headquarters and Air Base Squadron on 14 Jul 1942. Disbanded on 27 Dec 1944. Reconstituted, and redesignated 375 Mission Support Squadron, on 8 May 1989. Activated on 30 Jun 1989. Redesignated 375 Force Support Squadron on 3 Apr 2009.
