В червлёном поле два идущих серебряных разобщённых голубя, соприкасающихся крыльями, каждый держит в поднятой лапе по золотому свитку и стоит на одном из восьми чёрных квадратов, сложенных в кольцо, причем каждый квадрат обременён золотой метелкой сосновой хвои: на верхнем, нижнем и боковых квадратах расположенной прямо, на нижних диагональных - косвенно к краям, на верхних диагональных - косвенно к центру щита; всё сопровождено во главе серебряным наконечником стрелы.
