Company

Casiez-Bourgeois was a French producer of chicory coffee surrogate, popular at the turn of the 19th-20th century. The company was based in Cambrai in the North of France and has issued a number of series of trade cards. Two are with an heraldic theme; the Armes des Villes de France and the arms of countries series, shown here. They also issued postcard in the series Villes Décorées de France.
