Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on February 5, 1986.
The first quarter shows some canting rocks (cailloux), the second quarter refers to the agricultural character of the municipality. The third refers to the Vallée des Prolières or Vallée des Meuniers (valley of millers). The fourth symbolises the many small rivers in the area and the inescutcheon shows the arms of Savoy, to which the area historically belonged.
