Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted in 2024.
The ermine lion is taken from the arms of the Bugey region, the other is taken from the arms of the De Gramont family, former lords of the village.
The saltire refers to Saint Andrew, patron saint of the parish and the reeds symbolize the marshes of Lavours.
