Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on April 27, 1981.
The deeer antler refers to the rich wildlife in the municipality. The rose is taken from the arms ofthe Engelpoldsdorf family, who originated from the municipality. The bend refers to the highway that goes through the municipality.
