Lo scudo è sormontato dalla corona ducale. Sotto lo scudo, su lista bifida e svolazzante di azzurro, il motto, in lettere maiuscole d’oro, Xiridia Dilecta. Lo scudo è ornato da due fronde di alloro e di quercia, di verde, con le drupe e con le ghiande d’oro, decussate in punta e legate dal nastro tricolorato dai colori nazionali.
