Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on November 3, 2020.
The wavy pile represents the Iton river and its tributary the Fountaine on which once were seven mills, represented by the wheels. The cog wheel in base represents the only one that has retained industrial importance. The chief refers to Normandy.
