Arms: Per fesse azure and vert, in chief an eagle volant affrontee, head downwards and to the sinister, Or and in base a design consisting of a ring fessewise in perspective surmounted of two other rings palewise over-lapping argent. Badge: Set upon the wings of an eagle as in the Arms, a roundel vert, thereon within a ring a design as in the base of the Arms argent charged in the centre with a representation of a human eye also argent, the iris sable.

The arms were officially granted on December 20, 1954.
