Arms: Per chevron sable and ermine, in chief two sea lions erect, the dexter contourne, Or supporting between them a sword, point upwards, argent; a bordure counterchanged.
Crest: On a wreath ermine and sable, A dexter arm embowed vested sable, cuffed paly Or and gules, the hand proper grasping a scroll with two seals pendent therefrom also proper. Mantled sable, doubled argent.
Motto: Justitiae fundamen­tum est fides
