Crest: On a wreath ermine and sable, A dexter arm embowed vested sable, cuffed paly Or and gules, the hand proper grasping a scroll with two seals pendent therefrom also proper. Mantled sable, doubled argent. Motto: Justitiae fundamentum est fides
