În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află o cetate, de argint, zidită negru, crenelată, cu două turnuri dreptunghiulare laterale, având două ferestre. În bolta porții deschise s-a plasat o cruce de aur care asuprește o semilună, de argint. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află un pal, de argint, încărcat cu un caduceu, negru, flancat dreapta-stânga de câte un butuc de viță-de-vie cu frunze și struguri, încolăcit pe un arac, totul de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu trei turnuri crenelate.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 6, 2012.

The upper half shows the local fortress built in the fourteen^th century. The cross and crescent refer to the battles against the Ottomans, which took place in the area in the sixteen^th century.

The lower half indicates viticulture and trade.
