Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, scartelat. În partea superioară, în dreapta, pe fond albastru, se află silueta unei biserici de argint, văzută din față cu navă dreptunghiulară și ușă neagră; acoperișul în două ape se termină cu o cruce treflată de argint. În partea superioară, în stânga, pe fond roșu, se află trei spice de grâu de aur. În partea inferioară, în dreapta, pe fond roșu, se află un ciorchine de strugure. În partea inferioară, în stânga, pe fond albastru, se află o coroană de aur cu trei fleuroane. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on October 7, 2014.

The church represents the Gorgota church-monastery, from the village of the same name, which was built by Pătrașcu cel Bun.

Wheat ears refer to the occupation of the inhabitants, agriculture, and the bunches of grapes remind of the viticultural richness of the area.

The crown with flags symbolizes that Răzvadul, the oldest village in Dâmbovița County, was the princely village of the great voivodes Mircea cel Bătrân, Neagoe Basarab, Petru Cercel, Mihai Viteazu and Matei Basarab.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
