Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărțit în 3 câmpuri. În câmpul din dreapta sus, pe fond albastru, se află un cap de vită de aur. În câmpul din stânga sus, pe fond albastru, se află o carte deschisă și o pană de argint și o călimară. În câmpul din partea inferioară, pe fond roșu, se află un ciorchine de strugure cu două frunze de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on November 20, 2013.

The book refers to Timotei Cipariu, a Transylvanian scholar, born in the village of Pănade in the municipality.

The cow's head head and bunches of grapes represent the occupations of the inhabitants, animal husbandry and viticulture.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
