Origin/meaning
The Dog's Head symbolises he redundancy of links, as well as the dependency of the Command Post Transmission Centers. The three-headed dragon symbolizes the conjunction of material and personal elements, embodied in the permanent maintenance and surveillance of the telecommunications network. The dragon's gold represents wisdom and perseverance to maintain the links. The Coat of Arms was approved 27 November 2009.
