Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on March 11, 1997.
I have no information on the meaning of the lion.
Water mills are historically used in the four rivers on which Slunj is lying: Slunjcica, Korana, Mrednica and Glina.
The previous arms were adopted on My 26, 1995.
