The | The arms were originally approved for the 350th Regiment Infantry, Organized Reserves on 27 March 1928. It was amended to withdraw "Organized Reserves" from the designation and delete the Organized Reserves' crest from the coat of arms for the 350th Infantry Regiment on 10 February 1954. The arms were redesignated for the 350th Regiment on 5 May 1999. The Distinctive Unit Insignia was originally approved for the 350th Regiment Infantry, Organized Reserves, on 27 March 1928. It was amended to withdraw "Organized Reserves" from the designation on 10 February 1954. On 8 July 1954 it was amended to correct the wording.
