(ro) un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În dreapta, pe fond verde, se află un mănunchi format din cinci spice de grâu, aşezate oblic, pe flancuri, trei în dextra şi două în senestra, un ştiulete de porumb şi o floarea-soarelui, ambele poziţionate pe mijloc, în pal, totul de aur. În stânga, pe fond de argint, se află un tei smuls, verde. În vârful scutului, pe fond albastru, se află un brâu subţire, ondulat, deasupra căruia se află silueta unei hidrocentrale, totul de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 18, 2013.

Wheat ears, corn cobs and sunflowers symbolize the basic occupation of the inhabitants, agriculture, and their number indicates the number of component villages of the commune.

The linden tree symbolizes the linden forests in the area.

The wavy bar and the hydro-electric power plant represent the accumulation lake and the plant from Strejeşti.

The mural crown means that the locality has the rank of commune.
