This emblem is a development of the emblems of the Analysis and Tactical Center and the Noise Analysis Center (both now defunct). The squares of sinopel symbolize tactics and doctrines, the silver analysis. The dolphins symbolize the intelligent cooperation between these aspects. The strombus refers to the murmur of the sea, which can be heard in it and thus symbolizes the task of analyzing intercepted sounds.
