Redesignated as:34 Aeromedical Evacuation Flight on 23 Apr 1971; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron on 15 Aug 1974; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Flight on 15 Oct 1987; 34 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron on 1 Nov 1990. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1994. Activated on 1 Apr 2008.
