Redesignated 57 Field Maintenance Squadron on 28 Aug 1969. Activated on 15 Oct 1969. Redesignated:57 Equipment Maintenance Squadron on 1 Jan 1978; 57 Maintenance Squadron on 3 Jan 2009.
