Discontinued, and inactivated, on 25 Jun 1968. Activated on 1 Aug 1972. Inactivated on 22 Jun 1988. Activated on 1 Dec 1995. Redesignated as 91 Security Forces Squadron on 1 Jul 1997; 91 Missile Security Forces Squadron on 24 Jan 2003.
