German	In Grün eine herschauende, aus dem unteren Schild-rand wachsende goldene Madonna, das Jesuskind auf dem linken Arm tragend. Auf dem Haupte eine dreizackige Krone und in der rechten Hand das Zepter führend. Antlitz und Hände sind naturfarbig gehalten.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on December 9, 1950.

The arms show the figure of St. Mary with child, and are based on the miraculous appearance of a statue in the village. Ever since the village is a well known place for pilgrimage.
